Bio: Dr. Genevieve Duncan Obuobi is an astute retail banker and customer experience consultant with industry experience spanning over fifteen (15) years. Her service experience has been tried and tested over a decade of working in the service industry and is a well experienced customer-centric individual. She is an accomplished retail banker who managed flag-ship branches and managed four (4) solid Teams of Fidelity Bank Limited over a decade and more. Dr. Genevieve is an industry expert for customer relationship management & SME consulting & a well-sought-after leadership strategist and a Certified Corporate Trainer/Knowledge broker. She combines her extensive expertise in the aforementioned fields to positively impact the lives of women & young entrepreneurs. She is passionate about the financial empowerment of women & strong proponent of a shift in the mindset of the youth towards embracing entrepreneurship and leadership opportunities. She is a certified Management Professional by Harvard USA, Cranfield UK and CEIBS China. Dr. Genevieve Duncan Obuobi holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from Swiss Business School, Zurich & an EMBA from the University of Ghana Business School, Legon. She loves to write & share knowledge through public speaking, books & articles. She is the author of The Jigsaw Effect of Leaders and Diary of a Branch Manager. Dr. Genevieve has received several awards & recognitions to her credit conferred on her, both locally & internationally for her commitment in women’s empowerment, & support for young entrepreneurs & small business owners in, banking, finance and sharing knowledge that impacts women and the young people in Africa. She is the CEO of Genevieve Pearl Consult and currently the Lead Consultant at Tarragon Edge Limited, Ghana, where she focuses on strategic partnerships and SDGs 5,8 and 17.
