Nominee's Bio: Justice Cobbinah Jnr popular known as Justoo Abrantepa is a level 400 student in University of Ghana, Legon studying B.A Political Science with Geography and Resource Development. The young guy has advocated for the dilapidated Shama Youth Center to be refurbished and has also organized several cleanup exercises in Shama which is unprecedented looking at his age. This as a result encouraged him to establish Let Everyone Smile Foundation with other close friends. The foundation has organized over 14 successful programs since its inception in 2020.
